Daryl Case, Joeseph Duncan III in the making?

Court records show, 17 yo Daryl Case was charged with first-degree rape and lewd molestation on Tuesday 4/4/06. Police say he molested one teenage boy and raped another. The sex crimes happened in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Case is locked up in the Cherokee County Jail on $100,000 bond, lets all hope he does not make bail.

Because of Case's sexual orientation, no child was safe. Here is what an officer had to say:

"We believe he is a predator, sexual predator," says Jason Chennault with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department. "He admits to being bisexual and that serves to broaden his victim group."

If convicted, how many years will Case serve in prison before he is released back into the community to commit an even more henious crime/crimes? I honestly believe that these kinds of horrible beings, like Joseph Duncan III, CANNOT be rehabilitated, they CANNOT ever be released back into society again, and are a HUGE danger to our children, as well as any person who comes into contact with them. I prefer to call them 'human sewege' because that is what they are, the lowest form of a human, someone who 'preys' on innocent children. They do not deserve to ever have freedom to roam our streets again. Just save our damn tax dollars, give them the Death Penalty, and be sure to enforce it in a timely manner.

Case's whole story is eerily similar to Duncan III, the evil monster who became nationally known back in July, 2005 for bludgeoning a family to death(2 adults and a teenage son) and kidnapping thier 2 young children for sexual purposes, eventually killing young, Dylan Groene. Shasta Groene was rescued when she was recognized by a Denny's waitress who notified police. Duncan has also confessed to the kidnap and murder of 10-year-old Anthony Michael Martinez in April 1997.

Duncan committed his first act of sexual assault about 30 years ago, preying on a 5-year-old boy when Duncan was just 12, according to a report published Wednesday.
Duncan’s records show a history of violence and sexual torture upon others, especially young boys, with his crimes getting worse. His past shows a series of failed treatments and refusals to comply with therapists and law enforcement who tried to correct his behavior. Mental health professionals diagnosed Duncan 1980 as consistent with an antisocial personality and a sexual deviant.

So, obviously, if this type of evil human sewege has seeped thru our justice system before, it will most likely happen again, probably happening this very minute as I type. The only way to protect ourselves and our children from these kinds of criminals is to change or laws. Please contact your lawmakers in your state. Let them know our laws need changed, ASAP. Lets get these liberal self serving judges off thier benches, the ones who treat children like they are second rate citizens. It is time we took control of our nation's future and changed our laws to better protect us.
